Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will instead be subject to our Returns and Right of Withdrawal policy.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us at viva@vitaviva.com as soon as possible. Order cancellations are only considered completed once you have received a confirmation email from Vitaviva.
